This week Jake´s challenge is very interesting: Focussed Attention..
Yesterday I went to the forest, as everyday…But something had changed: it was encircled!!!
At the beginning, I felt really annoyed…
…But I suppose it is because it is someone´s forest and that someone wants to do something…
So, I decided
«to concentrate my attention on one aspect of the environment while ignoring other things».
And here is the result…
